What the heck is Bubble Tea? History of Boba Tea aka Bubble Tea.

Originating in the 1980 in Taiwan, Bubble tea (also known as pearl milk tea, bubble milk tea, tapioca milk tea, or boba tea or boba; Chinese: 珍珠奶茶; pinyin: zhēnzhū nǎichá, 波霸奶茶; bōbà nǎichá; 泡泡茶; pàopào chá) is a tea-based chewable drink.  Though today we have many many flavors, it originated as a black tea base with chewy tapioca balls ("boba" or "pearls"), but it can be made with other toppings and lots of other flavors as well.

The two most popular varieties are black pearl milk tea and green pearl milk tea ("pearl" signifies the tapioca balls at the bottom).[3]

Why is it becoming an international craze?  Because it is DELICIOUS.

The chewy, addictive texture of the tapioca balls and  the creaminess of the milky tea has ensured Bubble Teas place among the top dessert drinks offered on the market today!  I know you have seen bubble tea places popping (LOL) up left and right.

We serve only the highest quality teas and toppings, many with locally sourced seasonal ingredients.  Check in with our menu and look out for fun and exciting specials.
