Plants Sales:

  • All plant sales are considered final. Due to the delicate and perishable nature of plants, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on plant purchases. We take great care in providing healthy and vibrant plants, but we encourage customers to thoroughly inspect their chosen plants before making a purchase.

Retail Purchases:

  • For retail items other than plants, we offer an exchange policy within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-plant retail purchase, you may exchange it for store credit of equal value.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
a. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

b. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • c. The exchange request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Excluded Items:

The following items are not eligible for exchange:
a. Plants: As stated above, all plant sales are final and cannot be exchanged.

b. Consumable items: Any food, beverages, or perishable goods.

  • c. Gift cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Exchange Process:

If you wish to exchange a non-plant retail item, please follow these steps:
a. Bring the item to our store along with the original receipt or order confirmation within 30 days of purchase.

b. Our staff will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

  • c. Once approved, you will receive store credit for the value of the exchanged item.

Store Credit:

  • Store credit issued for exchanges can be used to purchase any items available in our store. It will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds:

  • Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for any purchases.
